Full-length compression garment

Full coverage. Full confidence. Every inch engineered.

Our full-length compression garment with sculpted internal cups and continuous core compression, built for men who want their chest, stomach, and silhouette handled in one seamless layer, all day long.

The problem, said plainly

Loose shirts hide things until they don't.

Loose shirts hide things until the wind blows, the fabric clings, or you have to take a layer off. Standard compression shirts flatten your chest into one hard plate and stop working the moment you need your stomach handled too. Nobody's built a single garment that treats the chest and the midsection as two different jobs, until now.

The engineering

The cups: the part that changes everything.

Every other men's compression shirt uses one flat panel across the chest, pressing tissue straight back against the ribcage. It's simple, it's cheap to manufacture, and it's why so many compression shirts create a flat, shelf-like line under a fitted tee. The ContourFit does the opposite: hidden completely inside the garment are two molded, seamless cups, purpose-engineered to contain and shape tissue rather than flatten it.

  • Contains, doesn't just crush. Each cup cradles tissue individually and redirects it up and inward.
  • Two sides, not one slab.Independent left and right cups preserve a natural center line instead of one flattened shelf.
  • The shape shows, the engineering doesn't.The outer shell is molded directly over the cup structure, and it reads as a defined chest, not a corrective garment.

Then it keeps going

Full-torso compression, from chest to high hip.

This is where the full-length coverage earns its name. Below the chest, a single continuous compression zone runs all the way down to the high hip, with no cropped hem, no gap, no separate garment needed for the stomach. One seam transitions from the shaped chest zone into graduated core compression, so your midsection gets the same smoothing treatment your chest does, in the same layer, at the same time.

  • All-day wear.Long enough to stay tucked and invisible under a dress shirt, polo, or henley, not just a gym top.
  • One layer, two jobs.Chest shaping and stomach flattening without stacking a shapewear vest under a separate undershirt.
  • No ride-up.Extended hem length means less migration during sitting, bending, and reaching than a cropped garment.

One garment, every stage

Built for wherever you are right now.

01

Before surgery

Whether you're not ready for a procedure, not yet a candidate, or still deciding if surgery is right for you, the ContourFit lets you control how your chest and midsection look and feel every day in the meantime, under work clothes, at home, or anywhere a fitted shirt matters.

02

After surgery

Post-op swelling, uneven healing, and residual tissue are common for months after gynecomastia surgery. The ContourFit's graduated compression and shaped cups offer gentle, even, full-torso support during recovery and beyond, without the stiff, clinical look of a surgical vest.

Always follow your surgeon's specific post-operative garment instructions. The ContourFit is a shaping garment, not a substitute for a prescribed post-surgical compression garment.

03

No surgery planned at all

Many men manage gynecomastia long-term without ever pursuing surgery. The ContourFit is built as a daily undershirt, not a special-occasion garment. Put it on every morning like your regular undershirt and let it do its job all day, through work, travel, or the gym.

Not just for gynecomastia

Chest enhancement, no diagnosis required.

You don't need to have gynecomastia to want a chest and midsection that look like they belong to someone who trains for both. The ContourFit's molded chest contour and full-torso compression work just as well as a standalone layer for any man who wants a sharper chest line and a flatter stomach under a dress shirt or fitted tee, no gym session required beforehand. It's the full-body version of shaping wear that's existed for women for decades, minus the compromise: it looks like definition, not like a garment.

Why it disappears under your clothes

No hidden hardware. No hooks, no clasps, no crossing straps. On and off in one easy motion.

No visible padding lines. The cup structure is fused into the fabric, not stitched on top, so nothing prints through a fitted shirt.

A silhouette you already know. Wide straps, scoop neck, enclosed back, full-length hem. A fitted, sleeveless shape, not a "shapewear" shape.

Sizing

Sized like it should have been from the start.

Chest tissue doesn't scale with your torso size, so why would a garment built for it? The ContourFit uses band-and-cup sizing, so your torso fit and chest fit are measured and sized separately.

Band (chest)Cup
